Miles Mather

Practice Lead

A highly experienced coach up to C-suite.

Miles specialises in positive psychology, and cognitive behaviour. He has a certificate in applied nutrition and supplementation. Since 2020 particularly, his focus has been on building resilience and managing stress. Miles has developed well over 100 coaching models

and six coaching courses on supporting individuals and groups to develop their potential. He facilitates energising workshops using an engaging style approach based on story telling.

Nick Quinton

Ex Paratrooper and Paramedic.

Guide on Kilimanjaro

Following his passion in wellness he has delivered coaching and workshops for over 60 G.P. practices.  He has over 17 years’ experience in clinical medicine, performance, and fitness.
Nick was a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army, responsible for arduous training packages, developing raw recruits and instilling an airborne ethos. As a coach , the shouting is out but, the no nonsense accountability and focus remains!

Julie Finn

Certified Advanced Clarity Coach

Julie uses coaching tools and techniques with leaders. She helps them clarify their goals, dissolve barriers, resolve limiting beliefs, and focus on positive actions. Julie has extensive experience facilitating large workshop groups.
Julie is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Christian International Peace Service.

Jasmine Hawkins

Physical and mental health practitioner

Jasmine is a qualified Personal Trainer and GP Exercise Referral Instructor. With a first class degree in sport and exercise science she also has qualifications in mental health and nutrition. Jasmine has worked for Nuffield Health, the NHS and a private occupational health provider. She has studied and has a passion for occupational physiology.
