1:1 Ayurvedic Consultation
Initial session includes full intake of health history and current diet and lifestyle habits as well as a dosha self-evaluation quiz. In addition to talking through the above, there is a physical examination where we perform a pulse and tongue diagnosis. Clients leave with tailored diet and lifestyle recommendations to address their unique needs. Follow up sessions are then scheduled to see how the recommendations are going so we can adjust as needed.
Learn to make some key Ayurvedic food staples to nurture your body, mind and soul. Clients receive hands on demo and recipes.
Introduce clients to different types of meditation and knowledge so they can discover the type of meditation that is most beneficial for them. Includes individualized guided meditations, feedback and online tools.
Pantry Set Up
Work with clients in their homes to ensure they have the foods, spices and materials that are best for them according to their personalized Ayurvedic assessment.
Home and Self Care Set Up
Recommend the right oils, herbs, plants, colors, and more to incorporate in a clients lifestyle and have on hand at home and at work specific to the state of their doshas and specific needs.
Design individualized one day / weekend retreats for individuals looking to regain balance in NYC. Recommendations could include: healthy restaurants, yoga, meditation, body work, cooking classes and other workshops. All programs are designed based on a clients’ specific needs and what they want to get in balance.
